Strange Canterbury Bell

Asking for a friend.

She has one weird Canterbury Bell and has no idea why it is so odd. The rest of the plants are perfectly normal.

Any ideas, please?

Hi Kits, looks a bit weird but I suspect it could be something called fasciation.
