I have clay soil too and my Grandad used to work...

I have clay soil too and my Grandad used to work it (farmer) and he said the more machinery you use on clay the worse it gets as it compacts further down. Im doing it all by hand ='(

I am getting a polytunnel for valentines day :wub: I asked for it!! Not an expensive one but I cannot wait. Its 12x6ft ish I believe. I have more seeds than I know what to do...

I dont mind the decking to be honest as long as there isnt too much. At least there was space underneath for critters!
