The great debate - who is the best host of GW? You've probably already had the discussion, but since we don't get the program here, I'll have to check out youtube I guess.

Monty Don is a well known gardener who also presents gardening programmes, Susan. It is all a matter of taste, really! I just cannot warm to him, but I know he has a lot of fans. I used to like another gardener/presenter who used to present GW - Alan Titchmarsh.

the horticultural indutry magazine was pretty scathing about having monty don back!
A very unpopular choice with them, they seem to think the program was improving with it's existng regulars.
Im not so sure, I hardly watched the last series, so I may try again for the new sries.

I agree with kits on this one. Alan Titchmarsh for me, but I will try the new series.
