My lillies have been flowering for a few weeks now.
They only open up during the daytime when there is sunshine.

Yes, me tool I have one large pink lily and one small, dwarf pink variety. Usually one or two flowers open on each at one time. And they close up each evening or rainy day.
Do you fertilize your water lily?

Mine I believe get plenty of fertilizer in the form of fish poo. Seems to work as they have been prolific this year.

i have only one bud

i repotted it this year as it was rather cramped, perhaps it needs to settle in a bit

lets hope so, they are so pretty

i have one dwarf yellow and one red/pink medium sized one

great pic! Found a frog down in my carrots of all places while watering today........it then headed for the raspberry canes. It certainly didn't sit still....

I wish I could get frogs in my pond - we're too urban I guess. We do get toads every spring laying eggs, which is terrific.
But no frogs
